The operation and maintenance of each wholly owned unit is the responsibility of its owner. All furnishing are the property of the owner and therefore could and do vary.
All improvements or change to any unit needs approval from the Design Committee and/or the POA Board.
The boat and personal water craft slips are all leased to POA unit owners, except for 2 boat slips which are available for rental on a daily basis through the POA office.

Some of the many items included in our quarterly fees are:
  • Trash pick up
  • Cable internet / TV
  • Pest control (limited)
  • Insurance covering the exterior of the unit, earth quake insurance
  • Exterior building maintenance
  • Snow removal
  • Leaf removal
  • Landscaping maintenance by professional landscaping company
  • Water and sewer
  • Pool maintenance
  • Water softener
  • Road maintenance
  • Office staff present Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Washing of building exteriors
  • Full Time Condominium Association Manager
  • Irrigation system
  • Membership in Master POA
